We are a boutique, independent serviced office company providing fully furnished and serviced office space in the heart of Scotland’s largest city, Glasgow, and capital city, Edinburgh. Our buildings are professionally interior designed and offer all the facilities and support required by modern businesses. We offer a wide selection of offices ranging from a single person room to large multiple workstation offices. All offices are offered in move-in condition. We are located on West Regent Street, in the heart of the central business district, with all city centre amenities and the two main railway stations within a short walk.

We also provide a selection of meeting rooms* with audio visual and conference facilities, smaller meeting rooms* for more intimate discussions, a selection of coffee lounges, and breakout zones all with great connectivity which can be used for informal meetings or in-house group get-togethers. Our in-house café* provides delicious freshly made soups, sandwiches, pastries, and great coffee.

All prices quoted are for fully fitted offices, including full time office manager, a shared 1GB fibre line*, all office furniture, utility bills, use of breakout space, refreshments and 24/7 access. Optional services include use of meeting rooms* with audio visual and conference facilities, parking*, catering* , and additional business support*.
